Robert Fischer was the agent who handled the August, 2006 sale of our home in Round Rock, Texas. Robert was very professional in his approach. He advised us as to what we needed to do to make the house sellable and what the appropriate sales price would be. He worked with us on those few occasions when we choose to ignore his advice. He advertised the property well. When prospective buyers were identified, Robert followed up with the negotiations in a timely manner. When the actual buyer was identified, Robert did an excellent job with the negotiations and in getting the closing scheduled to match our schedule. Robert presented and conducted himself professionally. He followed up well and met his commitments. Sherrill and I would recommend him as an agent.

My child and I recently bought our first home and Robert Fischer was our realtor. We looked long and hard to find just the right home and Robert took care of us every step along the way. We found a great home in just the right area that both my son and I just love.
