CrossFit Hays Dripping Springs has been open since 2013. CrossFit is about fitness derived from nutrition and functional movement. Constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement. Quality instruction in the fundamentals so you are working out safely and group classes where you begin to build a community.

Our facility is located between the high school and elementary school across from the fire department. It is fully equipped to help you excel and meet your fitness goals.
