Reviews:

I've been in a few CM Homes - never owned - so I'm limiting this to a max 4-star review. CM is a custom home builder out of Houston that has made it's way to Austin via the Boss' son, also Charles. Most homes will be upwards of $600k, but they are typically larger and in very desirable neighborhoods. Charles has a solid list of subs, has very high standards for finish out and does an amazing job designing floor plans, landscaping and keeping the look fresh. You won't find goofy vessel sinks and IKEA hardware here- everything is custom with a great fit/finish. If you're looking to build in Central TX, I'd certainly meet with him to discuss- I'm sure there are a few homes happy customers would be willing to open for viewing.
