Patrick Urbanski, owner of Austin Urban Builders is easily the best construction contractor around.    He does it all, from remodeling existing homes, additions, pools, to ground up construction.  He has remodeled my house, my parents' house, many of my friends' homes and makes the process go so smoothly, on time, on budget and the workmanship is always top quality.  The sub-contractors he uses are polite, timely, courteous and always leave the place cleaner than when they got here.

This summer, my wife and I hired Austin Urban Builders to convert a 30 year-old shed into a backyard office for our company. It was definitely not a standard remodel and the other contractors we spoke to gave us funny looks for even considering it. Patrick came to check out our project and immediately recognized the character of the building and the project's potential. Patrick and his crews updated the entire building while delicately saving the parts we wanted to keep - adding additional footings, framing, windows, insulation, electrical and internet, a deck and drywall. Patrick and his crew did a fantastic job and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Austin Urban Builders.
