Thad Anderson
Founded in 1998 by Thad Anderson, Capstone Custom Homes has become synonymous with quality construction and craftsmanship in Central Texas. A native Texan and graduate of Texas State University, Thad’s passion for home construction ignited when he acquired his first investment home.
Since then, Thad has completed projects ranging from modest family homes to luxury escapes. By combining his ability to access property values, his understanding of quality craftsmanship, and his wife’s eye for thoughtful and integrated design selections, his efforts have resulted in homes recognized for their architectural design, quality, function and aesthetic appeal.
In 2008, Thad dedicated his time towards the learning and practice of energy efficient home building practices. Because of his devotion to energy efficient building techniques that don’t impact a home’s appearance, Capstone Custom Homes has been recognized by Austin Energy as one of the first Austin Premier 5 Star Green Home Builders.
Jonathan McCabe
Jonathan McCabe insists on being hands –on throughout the entire building process toensure the client’s needs are met with superior quality and value. Jonathan McCabe grew up just outside of Houston in Richmond, TX. The entrepreneur spirit of his father laid the foundation for Jonathan to believe in his talents, and work hard for what he believes in.
Jonathan first became interested in the building process while building his first house with his wife Jennie. “The process came naturally to me, and I knew right away that building custom homes was my passion.” Jonathan quickly worked his way into the industry as lead field operations manager for a small builder, which allowed him detailed experience. After several years of being involved in every aspect of the building process, Jonathan had all the tools he needed to branch out on his own. Jonathan feels, “the most important aspect of building a custom home is the client – builder relationship. I want to make your dream come true. To do this, I need to understand what makes you click.” Jonathan prides himself on the integrity and honesty he shares with his clients resulting in impeccable customer service both during and after the building process. Jonathan McCabe understands that his customers are his business, and completely satisfied customers are the key to having a successful business. Capstone Custom Homes’ ultimate goal is to provide quality and value both in the home and the relationship.
